Overview

Quorum’s marketing team is growing and hiring an ABM Campaign Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all marketing campaigns globally. As the Global ABM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ABM marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen brand presence across target accounts.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of successful ABM campaign execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing managers, internal stakeholders, and our digital agency to deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns that reflect the priorities of key global accounts and directly support pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage a global ABM program focused on 1:1 engagement with top-tier accounts, with a primary focus on strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC regions
  • Develop comprehensive ABM campaign strategies aligned with sales objectives
  • Driving personalized experiences across digital channels—web, email, and paid—using dynamic content and personalization tools
  • Execute ABM campaign strategy and set clear and achievable campaign goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand value messaging, targeting criteria, and KPIs
  • Provide program leadership to ensure campaign communication and activity deadlines are met
  • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with segment, product marketing, creative and content team to create compelling messaging and oversee preparation of campaign content in the form of promotional articles, landing pages, ROI calculators, campaign advertising, and other creative assets
  • Write and proofread marketing copy as needed for campaign assets
  • Project manage ABM campaign plans and marketing resources using marketing project management tools (Asana)
  • Work with digital agency and marketing operations to ensure campaign tracking, monitoring, and reporting of all campaign performance
  • Define and report on clear ABM KPIs including account engagement, pipeline influence, velocity, and revenue contribution
  • Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing and performance insights
  • Create and maintain ABM playbook for consistent and optimized campaign strategies
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing and retargeting programs to progress prospects through the marketing funnel
  • Develop and execute email drip campaigns and email marketing programs
  • And other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with an agency or corporate environment
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, experience with Asana is a plus
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (or similar)
  • Strong business and analytical acumen with capability to determine program effectiveness and ROI
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal


Additional Details

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Spain is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
