About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Account Optimisation Manager (AOM) to join our team, with a strong focus on Benelux with high focus The Netherlands market. Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative team, this role is designed to work in tandem with an Account Manager, forming a strategic partnership to drive long-term, sustainable growth for our hotel partners.
As an AOM, you’ll be a trusted business advisor, leveraging data insights to optimise inventory, improve conversion, and enhance partner performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing account growth plans, negotiating campaigns and promotions, and ensuring the right commercial conditions are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management & Optimisation
- Analyse historical data and market trends to inform strategy
- Monitor booking patterns and negotiate rates and availability accordingly
- Collaborate with Account Managers to build and execute joint account plans
- Conduct performance monitoring and share insights with partners
- Negotiate special offers and campaigns to boost conversion
- Maintain accurate records in internal tools
- Participate in weekly tandem meetings and joint supplier interactions
What You’ll Bring
