Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly analytical individual to temporarily join our Administration team. This role will be key to ensuring the proper execution of daily financial and operational processes, with a strong focus on payment management, invoice control, preparation of bank transfers, and providing administrative support to various teams.

Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y con una alta capacidad analítica para incorporarse temporalmente a nuestro equipo del área de Administración. Esta posición será clave para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de los procesos financieros y operativos diarios, con especial atención a la gestión de pagos, control de facturación, preparación de remesas y soporte administrativo a los distintos equipos.


Main Responsibilities - Tasks

  • Review and reconciliation of invoicing and payments
  • Preparation of bank transfers and monitoring of due dates
  • End-to-end management of business travel (flight bookings, accommodation, per diems, etc.)
  • Direct communication with suppliers: requesting quotes, order tracking, and issue resolution
  • Document control and filing
  • Support with general administrative tasks within the department
  • Data entry and maintenance in SAP


Responsabilidades principales – Tareas

  • Revisión-cuadre de facturación y pagos.
  • Preparación de remesas bancarias y seguimiento de vencimientos.
  • Gestión integral de viajes de trabajo (reservas de vuelos, alojamiento, dietas, etc).
  • Interlocución directa con proveedores: solicitud de presupuestos, seguimiento de pedidos, resolución de incidencias.
  • Control documental y archivo.
  • Soporte en tareas administrativas generales del área.
  • Carga y mantenimiento de información en SAP.

Education

  • Education in Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Formación académica

  • Formación en Administración, Finanzas o similar.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar.

Competencies

  • Proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluent use of office tools.
  • Ability to work independently, in an organized and solution-oriented manner.
  • Proactive profile with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Dominio de SAP

Competencias

  • Dominio de SAP (imprescindible).
  • Excel avanzado y manejo fluido con herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, ordenada y resolutiva.
  • Perfil proactivo, con iniciativa y orientación al detalle.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Idiomas

  • Dominio fluido de inglés y español.


Other requirements to be considered

  • Knowledge of corporate travel management tools.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
