Job Description:
**Required Profile**
- **Experience:** Minimum 3-5 years in administration and management of devices in enterprise environments.
- **Technical Knowledge:**
- **Microsoft Intune:** Configuration, device management, and security policies.
- **SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager):** Infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
- **Microsoft Tools:** Profile administration and security policies.
- **Windows Autopilot:** Device profile implementation and configuration.
- **Software and patch deployment:** Automation and update management.
- **Vulnerability management:** Risk assessment and security mitigation.
- **Scripting:** PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation.
**Responsibilities**
- Administration and maintenance of devices in the enterprise environment.
- Implementation and management of security policies in Intune and SCCM.
- Deployment of software and security patches on devices.
- Configuration and management of user and device profiles.
- Process automation through scripting.
- Assessment and mitigation of vulnerabilities in the work environment.
- Level 3 technical support for advanced incident resolution.
