The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions to attract the best students to apply.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high calibre applicants to apply to the specialised masters programmes
- Monitor and analyse campaign outcomes to improve campaign performance
- Assist the development content for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels
Recruitment & Outreach
- Support the specialised masters programmes to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks
- Manage prospective student enquiries and provide timely, accurate programme information.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of overseas outreach events
- Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related-activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment-related activities
Admissions Administration & Strategic Planning
- Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation
- Support the budget planning and tracking of marketing and recruitment-related expenses
- Track and report application and enrolment trends, to generate data insights that support strategic planning and enhance outreach strategies accordingly.
Key competencies and qualifications requirements:
- Degree in any field; Business or Marketing is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience in event execution and management
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
