Topdon Europe is the subsidiary of Topdon, founded in 2022. Targeted at the automotive diagnostics market. Business areas include car diagnostic scanners for different levels, EV chargers for commercial and home use, battery tools, as well as specialized equipment. Requirements:
- Work experience in technical support automotive diagnostic equipment or similar with a minimum of 2 year of experience,
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, general mechanics, and/or related topics
- Excellent command of the German and English languages;
- Availability to travel in Europe;
The tasks of the position:
- Provide technical support through TeamViewer, via phone, WhatsApp, mail, or in person on-site to new and existing distributors.
- Keep clients informed and updated about the information of the next updates in the different equipment.
- Train distributors in the use of the equipment
- Carry out repair work on equipment in and out of the warranty period.
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with customers who have already purchased equipment.
