BTS M&S Digital Product Expert Manager
Purpose
Currently we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team as Digital Product Expert Manager
The Product Expert Manager will secure in-house knowledge and governance of Digital Activities / Ploom Activities related to commercial engine and to the main business drivers: he/she will oversight DES roadmap evolution to ensure the alignment within Ploom Global business strategy.
He/she will ensure that all the new requirements coming from different stakeholders will be properly designed and validated, ensuring a consistent approach across the different clusters. He/she will follow up with DES product clusters and other stakeholders to ensure that the new developments meet the definition of Ready.
User Experience Integrations
- Support cluster-UX/UI-expert in integrating requirements in user experience.
- Support the coordination of the UX stream to ensure a smooth delivery and in alignment with Business stakeholders.
Product Backlog breakdown & prioritization
- Ensure and manage a right prioritization of the different requirements based on team capacity.
- Collaborate with DES Clusters to identify blockers, issues and address them.
Product Validation
- Ensure features meet the acceptance criteria and comply with Definition of Done (DoD). Conducts validation sessions with the Product Manager, Business Stakeholders.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or IT background, plus additional business education.
- 4+ years of Digital IT experience within multinational FMCG companies, acting both as business analyst and product owner. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Solid knowledge of technology used within consumer facing landscape: Adobe Experience, Magento and the surrounding ecosystem Payment Gateways, Age Verification, OMS. Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems. Working experience with JIRA tools, especially, CI/CD domain.
- Ability to Travel to European, USA & CIS markets.
- Use and management of Adobe Experience Manager, Magento Solutions.
- Application Lifecycle management and Quality assurance methodology experience.
- Vendor & Business Relationship management.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
