Hero Gaming is looking for a Campaign Coordinator / Executive to join our Marbella team. This role will be responsible for organizing the production, managing the delivery, and reporting on all player campaigns with the goal of optimizing conversion, retention, reactivation, and ultimately Customer Lifetime Value for our brands.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, setting up, and executing marketing campaigns towards new and existing customers.
- Optimising communication send-outs (email, SMS, etc.).
- Managing split testing of communication send-outs and feeding findings back into the continuous learning loop.
- Implementing multichannel, segmented lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation journeys.
- Handling segments, lists, and filters, ensuring correct targeting.
- Launching and testing promotional communications, promotions pages, and landing pages.
- Analysing and evaluating campaign performance and sharing learnings with the team.
- Monitoring and checking websites to ensure all content is correctly displayed and up to date at all times.
Requirements
- +1 years’ experience in campaign coordination, preferably within iGaming.
- Higher education / academic degree.
- Analytical mindset — you must genuinely enjoy analysing data.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Meticulously organized, effective communicator with a can-do attitude and an aptitude for multitasking.
