What will you do?
En Barceló Hotel Group estamos buscando incorporar a nuestro departamento de Ecommerce la figura de un copywriter para el área de campañas digitales. Si sientes pasión por la escritura, eres experto/a en idear mensajes comerciales que comuniquen más que una oferta, buscas la conexión con el cliente y los usuarios a través de tus copies y además eres capaz de conceptualizar campañas aportando creatividad acorde al tono de voz del grupo, ¡este puesto es para ti!
Conceptualizar y crear presentaciones para las campañas, atendiendo al mercado al que se dirigen, para idear la mejor línea argumental.
Elaborar los mensajes principales (claims y sub-claims) y desarrollar los copies para las diferentes plataformas donde se activa la misma (web, newsletters, redes sociales, guiones…)
Asegurar la coherencia comunicacional y 360 durante todas las fases de la campaña
Asegurar un nivel óptimo de calidad en todas las comunicaciones, tanto gráficas como textuales. Trabajarás de la mano con el diseñador gráfico para determinar los mensajes principales de las creatividades de las campañas.
Trabajar y gestionar necesidades y entregas con diferentes equipos como traductores, vídeo, agencias…
What are we looking for?
Formación reglada en Periodismo, Publicidad o Audiovisual
Experiencia de 2 años en redacción publicitaria (se podrá solicitar portfolio)
Excelente gramática y ortografía
Manejo y expertise en herramientas de IA aplicadas copy
Conocimiento o familiarización con las dinámicas habituales de una agencia: coordinación cliente - equipos, propuestas, agilidad y creatividad.
Muy organizado/a y capaz de trabajar en equipo con múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Con capacidad para interpretar y ejecutar briefs junto con Campaign Manager y equipo.
Responsable, proactivo/a, gusto por el detalle y profesional.
Importante cumplir con los timings establecidos.
Plus:
Conocimientos de marketing digital.
Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias digitales, especialmente en el uso del lenguaje audiovisual y formatos con alto rendimiento en plataformas digitales.
Experiencia en branding corporativo (deseable en sector hotelero).
