Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency in every service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in your section.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Maintain stock levels and inform the Sous Chef of any shortages or orders needed.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- English and Spanish is required
