This role is responsible for supporting CGM TPA & Coverholder Claims Vendor Management activities across three key pillars:
Coverholder with Claims Authority Onboarding Activity
TPA & Coverholder with Claims Authority Performance Management
TPA & Coverholder Claims Audit Management
The role works collaboratively with CGM Claims Vendor Management, Claims Technical Services & Governance, and the CGM Claims Lines of Business to ensure robust oversight of third-party claims vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Processes & Practices:
Effectively manage the collation and completion of the Coverholder Claims due diligence questionnaire, ensuring compliance with Chubb and regulatory requirements.
Support the delivery of the claims vendor audit program, including the coordination of audits via the Lloyd’s market Delegated Audit Manager (DAMs) system, and track necessary actions following audit outputs.
Focusing on Customers:
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of performance reporting packs to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach to meet their needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to track and close actions related to performance issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Knowledge of Insurance Industry:
Apply basic knowledge of commercial insurance (A&H, P&C classes, underwriting, or policy issuance) to vendor management activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Stay informed about governance and compliance requirements to support regulatory adherence in vendor onboarding and operational audits.
Knowledge of my Organization:
Work closely with internal teams, including Claims Vendor Management and Claims Technical Services, to ensure alignment with Chubb’s organizational goals and processes.
Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective vendor oversight and performance management.
Operational Excellence:
Own the action tracking process, ensuring all actions are completed and closed within documented timescales.
Support performance oversight through the analysis of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.
Utilize advanced MS Office tools (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to streamline reporting and data analysis tasks.
Records Management:
Maintain accurate records of vendor onboarding, performance management, and audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Service Delivery Effectiveness:
Provide administrative support for performance management forums, including minute-taking and tracking actions raised in relation to performance issues.
Ensure timely coordination of audits and the sharing of audit outputs with relevant stakeholders to maintain effective oversight.
Multi-tasking and Prioritization:
Manage multiple responsibilities, including onboarding, performance management, and audit coordination, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ad-hoc Support:
Handle ad-hoc requests as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
