As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Client-Facing Marketing Strategist & Project Manager to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.

The role

We're seeking an exceptional Client-Facing Marketing Strategist & Project Manager who breathes tech and thrives on building impactful marketing campaigns from the ground up. You'll be the strategic force and organizational backbone for our work with a new, incredibly exciting client — a globally recognized leader in the workflow automation space. This is a client whose innovative open-source platform is widely used by developers, IT professionals, and businesses worldwide to connect apps, automate tasks, and streamline complex processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and the ability to translate a highly technical product's complex capabilities into compelling, human-centric stories. You'll drive end-to-end project management, from developing sophisticated marketing strategies to overseeing content production and ensuring every deliverable exceeds expectations. Your expertise in marketing strategy, project leadership, and a genuine passion for cutting-edge tech are non-negotiable.

This is a full-time position.


Core responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership:

  • Architect Marketing Strategies: Collaborate deeply with our key client to understand their product, market, and growth objectives. Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with their vision and resonate with their diverse audience (developers, SMBs, enterprises).

  • Client Relationship Steward: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our key client, building and nurturing a strong partnership. Lead high-level discussions, present strategic recommendations, and ensure continuous alignment on goals and progress.

  • Market & Tech Insights: Continuously research and report on the latest trends in workflow automation, AI, B2B SaaS marketing, and digital channels. Leverage these insights to proactively identify new opportunities for our key client.

End-to-End Project Management:

  • Orchestrate Project Lifecycles: Own the entire project journey for our key client's marketing initiatives, from ideation and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

  • Detailed Planning & Oversight: Create meticulous project plans, detailed timelines, and clear deliverables. Proactively identify potential blockers and opportunities, keeping both our key client and our internal teams informed and aligned.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the review of all marketing assets (video, digital content, campaigns), ensuring they not only meet our client's brand guidelines but also strategically advance their marketing objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization:

  • Team Catalyst: Act as the central liaison, fostering seamless collaboration between our key client and Camping's creative teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator). Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs.

  • Performance & Optimization: Track, analyze, and communicate the performance of all marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates, insights, and data-backed recommendations for optimization to our key client and internal stakeholders.

  • Process Enhancement: Champion continuous improvement within our workflows and processes, leading retrospective sessions to enhance collaboration and output.


What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role, specifically managing marketing strategy and complex projects for B2B SaaS companies or high-growth tech brands.

  • Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels (content, video, social, paid media, email) within the tech industry.

  • Extensive Project Management proficiency, with a track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous marketing projects from concept to completion.

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including product-led growth, developer relations, and enterprise solutions.

  • High level of fluency in English, both written and spoken. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess this proficiency, as it is a mandatory requirement for our international clientele.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

  • Ability to balance demanding client needs with protecting creative integrity.

  • Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.).

The Perfect Fit Will Also Have

  • A profound passion for and demonstrable interest in technology, workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make), and emerging tech trends (like AI in automation).

  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth tech environment.

  • Proven ability to work with and manage remote teams effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and performance analysis.

  • Prior experience working with open-source communities or developer-focused products.

Location

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.


Working model

  • We're trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off. For our team, Taking Friday off is a bonus, and it's conditional to our workload being effectively managed and our commitments being properly attended.

  • Flexible working hours are a given, as we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.

  • We work in a hybrid model, with at least two days per week at our office in the Poblenou area.

What we offer

  • Immediate incorporation

  • Gross yearly salary of 36.000€-44.000€ (depending on experience).
