As a Cloud Architect (f/m/d), you will be a key member of our Cloud Platform Team . You will design and develop innovative platform services that form the foundation for a wide range of current and future digital products. Your work will play a vital role in strengthening our digital infrastructure and setting new standards in the healthcare industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate global cloud infrastructure.

• Advise and support departments in selecting and implementing optimal cloud solutions tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct requirements and feasibility analyses in close collaboration with business units to identify the best cloud strategies.

• Develop customized architectures that meet the demands of our cloud services and optimize their usage.

• Create integration scenarios to ensure seamless incorporation of cloud solutions into existing infrastructure.

• Identify solutions to optimize infrastructure and automate processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Define automated deployment processes to ensure fast and reliable delivery of cloud services.

• Serve as the central point of contact for all technical questions related to IT infrastructure solutions in the cloud.
  

Professional Competencies

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Deep knowledge of global infrastructures and cloud solutions.

• Extensive experience in IT, especially in designing and implementing global public and private cloud architectures.

• Strong understanding of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity management, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions, ideally supported by certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, and AZ-400.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and traditional development methodologies.

• Solid understanding of container platforms, cloud security, and cloud models like IaaS and PaaS.

• Demonstrated project experience with cloud platforms.

• Experience in creating business and IT concepts, technical specifications, and architectures.

• Fluent in English; Spanish and German are a plus.

• Effective in multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration—even in virtual environments.

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
