The Club by RHG Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our commercial operations. This specific internship position focuses on payment and cost control processes within the Commercial Department, providing support across purchase order creation, invoice processing, cost tracking, reporting, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with teams such as Revenue Management and Sales to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant financial workflows.
The Internship Offer at a glance:
A 6-month internship in our new Madrid office, starting in June (flexible ±1 month).
- Hands-on support to the Commercial team in daily business operations.
- Work on tasks related to invoice processing, purchase order (PO) creation and tracking, data entry, financial reports, and administrative support.
- Gain exposure to systems and tools used in commercial and financial operations across a global hospitality group.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Revenue Management and Sales to understand cross-functional processes.
- Receive regular coaching and feedback to support professional growth.
What will you learn?
During your 6 months with us you will learn:
- Induction to Radisson Hotel Group Culture and Beliefs, leadership foundations and Brands architecture.
- Practical experience in commercial and financial processes in a corporate environment.
- Use of tools and systems for managing invoices, POs, and business tracking.
- Exposure to commercial performance analysis and reporting.
- Development of professional and organizational skills through real-world tasks.
- Insight into how commercial and revenue teams collaborate in a global business setting.
- One-to-one mentor with regular feedback.
- Understanding of current Business focus.

Criteria:
To be eligible you must:
- be eligible to work in the European Union. Internship based in Madrid.
- have an internship agreement from your university
- Speak and write English fluently. Any additional languages are considered a plus.
