What are we looking for?
A junior candidate eager to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas. Someone who has already shown interest in digital communication and social media, with creative flair, a good eye for aesthetics, and a sensitivity to language. This role is part of the Communications department, and you’ll work day-to-day alongside the Communications team, who will mentor you in your first months so you can develop sound judgment and autonomy. We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do, but for someone who wants to understand our brand, fall in love with it, and help us tell its story better.
What will you do?
- Create content for our social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist in writing and publishing articles, interviews, and branded content.
- Design visual assets using tools like Figma, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
- Participate in planning and executing the editorial calendar.
- Propose new ideas and formats aligned with our tone and objectives—drawing on our services, expertise, and industry knowledge to lead conversations on social media and establish us as thought leaders on strategic topics (AI, Performance, Strategic Design, Marketing Mix Modeling, etc.).
- Support the team at external events or for internal initiatives by planning, executing, and/or sharing content.
- Showcase the knowledge and projects of other teams within the company.
What do we expect from you?
- A passion for writing, storytelling, and translating ideas into clear, engaging content.
- A love for social media—especially LinkedIn—and for corporate communications with a fresh tone.
- An aesthetic sensibility, visual judgment, and/or interest in design and visual communication.
- A highly proactive attitude, with initiative and a strong desire to learn quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills and curiosity about others’ work.
- An appreciation for purposeful work in a company committed to positive impact.
Education & Experience
- Degree or studies in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
- Some hands-on experience through personal projects, internships, or roles involving digital content.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, or similar) and video editing software (Premiere, After Effects).
- Bonus: knowledge of CRM, paid-media campaigns, newsletters, or web management.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills in Spanish.
- High level of English (written/spoken).
- Strong technological aptitude.
What do we offer?
- Genuine mentoring and internal growth opportunities.
- Joining a creative, purpose-driven team.
- Flexibility and a culture of trust.
- A four-day workweek (yes, really!).
