At CrowdFarming, we believe in a different kind of agricultural industry. We are a B Corp certified agritech platform offering a transparent and sustainable alternative to fight food waste by creating a direct sales channel between farmers and end consumers .

We are currently looking for someone to join our People team as a Compensation & Benefits Expert. Your mission will be to manage and develop the areas of compensation and benefits, labor law, and personnel administration. The position is based in Madrid.

We are looking for someone with strong expertise in compensation and benefits, labor law, and personnel administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to carry out these tasks across the four countries where we operate: Spain, France, Germany, and Italy.

What does a Compensation & Benefits Expert do at CrowdFarming?

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and implement competitive salary structures.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Manage the annual compensation review cycles.
  • Administer all compensation and benefits programs.

Payroll Administration

  • Oversee and manage the entire end-to-end payroll process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers.

Labor Law

  • Stay up to date on all applicable labor laws and regulations in all countries where CrowdFarming operates.
  • Ensure all compensation, benefits, and payroll practices comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies.

Your technical and professional profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Law and/or a Master’s in Human Resources.
  • Solid experience of 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, and Labor Law.
  • Experience in multinational companies or international environments (preferably in multiple European countries).
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems and payroll management tools.
  • High level of English (B2/C1).
  • High level of German and/or French and/or Italian.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and compliance-focused.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and international environments.
