Thales is the Spanish leader in tactical Land CIS (Communication and Information Systems) covering all the product life cycle (design, development, production, ILS). Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:
- Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
- Embedded electronics for military aircraft
- Tactical Communications
- Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic
As part of the Configuration Management Team in the Engineering Department, you will establish and maintain consistency between a product/project and its documentation throughout the lifecycle, ensuring the integrity, traceability and history of configuration records.
As a Configuration Technician Intern, you will:
- Identify the Configuration
- Control the Configuration
- Record the Configuration Status
- Perform Configuration Verifications and Audits
- Prepare Configuration Management Plans
- Be an advanced user of the Windchill lifecycle tool (PLM)
- Manage and request NATO Cataloging certificates
- Provide support to users

What does the Talent Programme consist of?
