DBRE Site Reliability Engineer Databases (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You and your team will improve the reliability and performance of our database services

• You implement solutions and best practices for our database products

• You ensure that we learn from mistakes and improve our monitoring accordingly

• You and your colleagues minimize production downtimes and develop solution strategies

• You ensure that our database services scale   

Your profile

• You are a cloud enthusiast or want to become one

• Technical challenges motivate you

• Experience with databases: You have experience with relational or NoSQL databases

• Technical skills: You have knowledge of Golang, Kubernetes and experience with automation tools

• Analytical skills: You have an analytical mindset and can solve complex problems to improve the performance and availability of our databases

• Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner

• Willingness to learn: You have the passion and desire to continuously develop and learn new technologies in order to keep our database infrastructure up to date
