Corporate Gifting Sales Expert
- Location: Hyderabad (on-site)
- Reports to: Corporate & Key-Account Sales Lead
Objective
- Book ₹3 Cr in bulk gifting revenue (especially Diwali hampers) at ≥ 25 % gross margin by Dec 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Create themed gift-kit catalogues (MOQ 100–5 000) with price tiers.
- Prospect HR/Admin/Marketing heads in IT, Pharma, BFSI sectors.
- Provide rapid mock-ups, samples, quotations; secure 50 % advance.
- Coordinate design & production to ensure on-time, error-free delivery.
- Upsell add-ons: personalised notes, eco-packs, Change Bag CSR tie-ins.
KPIs
- ≥ ₹50 L revenue booked monthly
- ≥ 30 % quote-to-order conversion
- ≥ 97 % OTIF (On-Time-In-Full)
Must-Have Skills
- B2B solution selling, gifting/merch sourcing, aesthetic sense with margin control, CRM discipline, PowerPoint/mock-up ability.
Experience
- 3–5 yrs corporate gifting / merchandising sales with ≥ ₹10 L deal sizes.
- Bonus: network in Hyderabad tech corridor; packaging-supplier knowledge.
