Job Description

We are currently seeking a Director, Network and Cloud Infrastructure to join our vibrant team. The Director, Network & Cloud Infrastructure is the overall end to end responsible of all the Corporate IT networking (performance, security, and scalability) and cloud infrastructure solutions and services delivered across all +800 properties.

Network:

• Network Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive network strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes planning for future network needs and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of network engineers and IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
• Network Security: Oversee the security of the organization's network systems, implementing protocols and measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability and efficiency of network infrastructure, including the management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the budget for the network services department, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or performance.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to secure the best services and products for the organization's network needs.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures related to network usage, security, and service standards.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Cloud Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy that supports the organization's goals, including the adoption of public, private, or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the engineering, development, security, implementation, management, maintenance, and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure services across the company.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective cloud service delivery.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that cloud infrastructure adheres to security best practices and complies with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding data integrity and availability.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with cloud service providers, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the budget for cloud infrastructure services, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or performance.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and lead the global disaster recovery and business continuity plans and operations, ensuring resilience and quick recovery from disruptions.
