What will be your responsibilities?
As our Performance and Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing our global e-commerce and growth marketing strategy, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. Also willead the strategic development of our digital sales channel, with a strong focus on web performance, user experience, and technological scalability. This role is critical to driving online growth, delivering an exceptional digital customer journey, and ensuring our ecommerce platform evolves in line with business and user needs.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define and own the global e-commerce roadmap and P&L, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the optimization of our e-commerce websites across Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.
- Improve user experience (UX/UI), conversion rate (CRO), and Average Order Value (AOV) through continuous testing and iteration.
- Oversee e-commerce operations, including product launches, promotions, CMS updates, and translations.
- Define and lead the digital and web product strategy, ensuring the ecommerce platform meets business objectives, user expectations, and technological requirements.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ecommerce website, including CMS management, integrations, user experience optimization, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
- Deliver a seamless and high-converting user experience, by driving enhancements across navigation, search, product discovery, checkout flow, and mobile usability.
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap for the ecommerce platform, turning business and customer insights into actionable features and improvements.
- Lead web-related projects such as platform migrations, ERP or CRM integrations, new payment gateways, personalization tools, and analytics setup.
- Knoweledge Leverage data and analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing, CRO platforms) to track performance, understand user behavior, and identify opportunities to optimize the digital experience.
- Work closely with development and IT teams to ensure technical stability, security, and scalability of the ecommerce infrastructure.
- Ensure content quality and optimization (product pages, images, copy) across the website, aligned with SEO best practices and conversion goals.
- Oversee system architecture and ecommerce stack integrations, including logistics, inventory management, customer service tools, and marketing platforms.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology providers, including developers, ecommerce platforms, SaaS tools, and digital agencies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team
- Foster a culture focused on results, continuous learning, and effective collaboration.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams to ensure end-to-end excellence.
- Build a robust analytics framework to deeply understand user behavior, performance, and profitability.
- Present comprehensive growth reports and actionable insights to leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks.

- Proven success leading digital sales strategies and managing e-commerce platforms at scale.
- +7 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Growth roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities and extensive experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klavio, affiliate networks, etc.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing ROAS and conversion rates across multiple digital channels.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Experience in the Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors is highly valued.
