More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Employer Branding and Content Creation Intern in Madrid, Spain with Signify.
- You’ll create impactful and effective content for our targeted campaigns on social media (assets for social media posts, targeted campaign ads, vlogs, blogs)
- You’ll support building the weekly social media calendar and activation.
- You’ll support internal communications projects, content creation and presentations on Signify internal channels within brand guidelines, and you will work on activation toolkits.
- You’ll create templates for internal usage to support different initiatives to drive employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- You will interact and advise colleagues from around the world regarding the best audiovisual tactics to implement locally to recruit new talent.

- You’re a bold, resourceful self-starter with a knack for adding value in unexpected places and you come equipped with the following competencies:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must
- Studying a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, media or (digital) marketing or journalism
- Social media and online marketing affinity. Relevant experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, video editing or related fields is a plus
- Hands-on attitude and very creative; out-of-the-box thinking and doing
- Drive to innovate by improving every step of the content creation process
- Very fluent in English (business level)
- Available for at least 6 months (or longer)
