CrowdFarming® is an agri-tech Farmer-to-Consumer platform that offers a sustainable and transparent alternative to fight food waste by creating a direct link between agricultural producers and consumers. Founded in 2017, we are constantly revolutionizing consumer behavior and are experiencing significant growth 🌳. Therefore, we need support for our customer service team in Madrid.
👉 Your daily functions:
- Advise and support our customers across different markets (France, UK, Sweden, etc.) via phone, email, and social media — whether it's about tracking an order, questions about our products or services, or resolving an incident
- Gather and categorize customer feedback and suggestions to share them with the relevant internal teams
- Collaborate with other departments to handle customer requests efficiently.
👉 Your Profile:
- You’re fluent in English and have a good level of Spanish and/or French
- You live in Madrid or are planning to move here soon.
- You’re a great team player, but also know how to work independently
- You’re highly adaptable
- Challenges don’t scare you — you actually enjoy taking them on!
- You’re enthusiastic and curious, and you love learning new things
👉 What do we offer:
- A 40 hours/week internship contract for 6 months with €750 per month.
- Eight to five working schedule and Intensive working hours in July and August.
- You will join a team, where your impact will be remarkable and you will take part in key projects.
- Remote work options: 3 days per week. 25€ per month as “Extra - Work From Home” to help you with monthly costs (electricity, water…).
