F&B Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or F&B.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate operations.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Customer-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Basic English required; other languages will be valued.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the operational management of restaurants and events.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and bar teams.
- Manage inventories, orders, and deliveries.
- Support team training and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and service protocols.
- Support customer service and help resolve any incidents.
