Key Responsibilities
· Lead all financial operations of the company in Spain, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, and treasury management.
· Ensure full compliance with Spanish financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance. Manage tax declarations, statutory filings, and coordination with external auditors.
· Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to the headquarters in China to support strategic decision-making.
· Supervise and develop the local finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous professional growth.
· Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 8 years of financial management experience, preferably within Chinese companies or multinational corporations operating in Spain or Europe.
· Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and local tax systems.
· Proficiency in financial tools such as Sage, SAP, or other ERP systems.
· Native or fluent command of both Chinese and Spanish; English proficiency is a strong asset.
· Detail-oriented, with strategic thinking, strong analytical ability, and the ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.
