An exciting oportunity has arisen for a Front Office Agent to join Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide a seamless and personalized experience for guests during check-in, stay, and check-out, ensuring all information and special requests are accurately processed. Deliver guest service in line with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance), Forbes, and FHR standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and luxury service
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly, aiming to exceed guest satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations, manage VIP bookings, handle guest billing, and process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely room readiness, special requests, and smooth service delivery.
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests, manage special occasions, and coordinate with relevant teams to enhance the guest experience.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus.
