THE ROLE

2Awesome Studio is looking for a talented Game Producer to help lead the development and delivery of our game projects and IPs.

As a Game Producer, you will oversee projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development to QA and launch. You’ll work closely with studio leadership to define the vision, set strategy, and ensure that our games are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

This role requires strong project management skills, a player-first mindset, and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Minimum requirements

  • You have shipped at least 2 titles on PC and/or console from start to finish as a Game Producer.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows (we currently operate on bi-weekly sprints).
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and the typical challenges faced by development teams, with practical solutions.
  • Analytical mindset to optimize budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • High interpersonal awareness, you can spot blockers or issues even if they’re not voiced.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple international teams (internal and external).
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Availability within CET timezone working hours.

Desired requirements

  • Up-to-date knowledge across a range of game genres.
  • Spanish language skills.
  • Experience with console backends, certification processes, and release management.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Experience working in remote, semi-asynchronous, cross-timezone teams.
  • Ability to support team building and staffing to ensure projects have the resources they need.
  • Knowledge of AI based tools to speed up processes

Duties

  • Define and maintain project plans (scope, milestones, deliverables) aligned with game objectives.
  • Collaborate with Studio Managers to ensure product goals align with studio vision.
  • Own and lead the product development roadmap.
  • Identify risks and create appropriate contingency plans.
  • Break down creative concepts into structured development tasks.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to keep tasks, sprint planning, and milestones on schedule.
  • Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support team meetings with agendas, notes, and action items (standups, sprint planning, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing agendas and notes for standups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
  • Facilitate clear, effective communication across teams and partners, including platform holders.
  • Read between the lines, communicate empathetically to support your team’s best performance.
  • Oversee QA and localization workflows.

Benefits

  • A collaborative work environment with passionate, global teammates.
  • Flexible schedule with core hours from 10am to 4pm CEST.
  • Flat, agile organizational structure.
  • Full-time: 36 hours/week, Monday to Thursday, 3-day weekends!
  • Regular team-building activities, including online gaming sessions and remote social events.
