  • Assess current processes (“as-is”), identify improvement opportunities, and define future processes (“to-be”) using analytical and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Work closely with IT Business Partners to ensure the proper implementation of technology solutions aligned with defined processes.
  • Drive adoption of the new ERP system across all business units, ensuring a successful and coordinated implementation.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting digital transformation and new ways of working.
  • Participate in global projects and foster the creation of an internal best practices network.
  • Identify innovation opportunities in processes and propose enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs, ensuring tracking and achievement of established objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to guarantee the proper definition and implementation of business requirements.
  • Manage risks and escalate issues promptly, identifying alternative solutions and facilitating decision-making.
  • Motivate and align teams involved in process improvement projects.
  • Ensure that all initiatives and defined processes maintain a global approach and benefit all business units.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role at a global or multi-regional level, focusing on process improvement in manufacturing, supply chain, audit, control, finance, commercial, etc.
  • Experience in process implementation and optimization within SAP environments, with a focus on minimizing customizations.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed, quantitative-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to lead global projects in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Experience in change management methodologies and digital transformation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a results-driven approach and adherence to deadlines.

  • Flexible hours, with shortened workdays on Fridays and throughout August.
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days of remote work per week.
  • Offices located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, easily accessible by public transportation (Sant Joan station).
