We’re looking for a content-first leader with a strong creative mindset, team management experience, and a passion for storytelling through visuals and strategy. You won’t be building the brand from scratch, but you will bring it to life — leading a talented team and ensuring our creative output is consistent, bold, and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional content team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
- Oversee the execution of brand content aligned with our values, audience, and business goals.
- Build and scale our content strategy, helping define core content pillars and messaging frameworks.
- Develop and deliver 360° creative campaigns, from concept through production.
- Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and art teams to bring ideas to life across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead and manage video productions and creative shoots with a strong eye for quality and storytelling.
- Own and optimize the content calendar across channels, ensuring strategic cohesion and relevance.
- Stay at the forefront of trends across social (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), culture, and technology.
- Use data and performance metrics to optimize creative impact and guide future output.
- Bring strong organizational leadership to creative workflows — improving efficiency, scalability, and clarity.
- Be an ambassador for our culture and values, inside and outside the organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content, creative, or brand leadership roles.
- Proven ability to build and lead large, high-performing teams (10+ people).
- Strong track record of delivering content that’s both highly creative and strategically effective.
- Deep experience in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Expertise in social-first content and deep understanding of Gen Z/Millennial audiences.
- Ability to build content strategy and pillars that scale across platforms and formats.
- Highly organized and proactive, with experience implementing creative processes and tools.
- Background in lifestyle, food, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands (agency + in-house is a plus).
