In this role you will:
- Supporting the WebBeds Health and Safety programme, the role holder will be required to identify, monitor and improve health and safety issues across the WebBeds accommodation suppliers.
- To be responsible for all aspects of managing the health & safety audits in line with the company policy.
- To work closely with the health and safety services providers and support the Health & Safety Manager in issue resolution

Undertaking hotel risk assessment against recognised industry standards and WebBeds' safety
requirements - Liaise with hotel partners by email and phone to resolve promptly any nonconformity
- Daily management of the mailbox
- Where necessary, liaise with the Contracting/Purchasing department regarding audits and nonconformities as per company policy and procedure
- Ensure that all information is stored and recorded as per relevant procedures
- Any other task that management may reasonably request
- Three-month probationary period with objectives
- Number of audits sent out/follow-up as requested by the management within the given timeframe
- Number of properties made suitable for Sales every month

Annual End of Year Review
- Health and Safety work experience/knowledge
- Experience working in the travel industry (travel operators/hotels) • Fluency in English, both written & spoken
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and email ticketing systems
- Experience in managing and consolidating incoming administrative tasks from multiple sources
