What You Will Bring to the Team 

The IT Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and improving our IT operations to ensure your colleagues can work seamlessly. A successful candidate must have strong communication, service oriented skills, and technical knowledge for troubleshooting, process implementation, and automation. We are looking for a reliable IT Engineer who is passionate about helping a very fast growing organization.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Provide day-to-day IT operational support

• Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.

•  Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.

• Document procedures, guidelines, and projects where you are participating.

• Manage internal IT applications.

• Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.

• Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.

• Oversee IT-related workspace setup, ensuring optimal placement of networking
  equipment, workstations, and meeting room technology.

• Assist with facility-related requests, including office moves, power and network
  issues, and workspace reconfigurations.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, IT infrastructure, and accessibility
  standards.

• Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain a well-equipped and
  functional workspace

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance coordination, facilities, and services

• Basic knowledge in Networking.

• Industry related certifications (ITIL, Network+, A+, CCNA, etc.)

Are you a fit?

• 2-4 years of experience with the following skills
• IT Helpdesk Engineer, Support Engineer, SysAdmin or related experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed
  expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues
  a priority.
• Experience in managing vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring
  standardization and compliance.
• Experience in facility maintenance, repair, and project management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term
  solutions and recommendations.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / Windows).
• Proficiency in hardware solutions, and diagnostics:
  ○ Computers and mobiles
  ○ Printers and
  ○ Other peripherals (Mice, keyboards, etc.)
