As our HR Manager, you’ll lead both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the People Team—driving and implementing initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement with a hands-on approach. Your collaborative leadership will help create a supportive environment where people and culture thrive.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Lead and support the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and guide the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent.
  • Performance Management:
    Drive continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and coaching practices to support a high-performance culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    Ensure fair and competitive compensation through benchmarking, benefits analysis, and compliance with pay regulations.
  • HR Strategy & Partnership:
    Align HR strategy with business goals and lead cross-functional projects to support organizational growth, culture change and talent development.
  • Personnel Administration & Compliance:
    Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, maintaining accurate records and consistent policy application.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by leading engagement strategies, managing employee relations, and promoting team-building initiatives.
  • Talent Development & Learning:
    Design and implement learning and development initiatives, with a focus on leadership, internal mobility, and growing the People Team’s capabilities.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?


  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR management experience, with a significant focus on talent management, including leading talent projects.
  • Experience in Technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
  • Proven experience of talent management principles and practices, including performance management, leadership development, and Training & Development.
  • Success will come from your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and lead with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
  • Deal with challenges with a strategic and analytical approach, keeping projects and priorities on track with confidence, while empower your team to develop and thrive.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with US labor law and payroll practices is desirable.
