What we offer:

We are looking for a Human Resources Support, to contribute on a very specific project in our company Dematic in human resources generalist tasks.

This is a full time fixed-term opportunity (up to 12 months), which will give you the following responsibilities :

Address basic questions from employees and front-line managers, ensuring a prompt and supportive response.
Execute tactical and operational HR activities across the employee life-cycle, encompassing: onboarding, new hire check-ins, mobility verification letters, and conducting thorough exit interviews.
Support in maintaining accurate and insightful HR data in Workday
Ensure precision in HR data validation processes, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Manage the complete learning process related actions and tasks in Workday and according to the local learning plan
Support internal communication
Other administrative support as required

Tasks and Qualifications:

We expect from you:

Good understanding of basic HR processes / standards
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional HR principles and skills related to tactical HR
Basic understanding of local employment laws and governance

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, tasks and responsibilities.
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, Administration or similar
Fluent English level
