Job description
As Team Leader of the Implementation team, your mission is to lead and elevate our Professional Services (PS) organization. You will manage the current team, redesign our deployment methodology, foster cross-department collaboration, and ensure smooth coordination of all projects, including those with technical components.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, coaching, and expanding the Professional Services team (2–3 people).
- Redefining and documenting the implementation process, methodology, and playbooks.
- Overseeing and coordinating all deployment projects, including those involving technical components (e.g., API integration).
- Monitoring resource allocation and project scoping for both implementation and technical services, while implementing a revenue-driven approach.
- Acting as the internal ambassador for the PS team, fostering collaboration with Sales, Tech, Product, and Customer Success.
- Monitoring and reporting on PS KPIs: delivery timelines, team utilization, client satisfaction, and project health.
- Leading complex or strategic client implementations.
Your profile:
- You hold a business or engineering degree and are eager to work in a fast-growing environment.
- You have 5–7 years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects, ideally in a VMS, ERP, or enterprise software setting.
- You have experience managing teams and leading a PS organization within a software company.
- You thrive in a fast-changing, constantly evolving environment—curiosity is your best ally.
- You have strong understanding and interest in technical topics.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and have a strong sense of customer support and relationship-building.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
