Job Description:
You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:
- Support Growth and Strategy projects:
Perform and optimize trend observatory searches. Manage and monitor benchmark reports of national and international competitors in strategic topics.
To search for innovation trends in relation to the company's business units.
Support tasks related to the redefinition of strategy in the different business units.
Support in tasks related to initiatives developed for the management of the innovation portfolio.
Support the calculation of indicators for portfolio budget management.
Participate in Artificial Intelligence and Automation projects that support Growth Strategy:
Perform analysist of suppliers AI capabilities (consultancy companies, start-ups, others).
Support the scouting of business and transversal functions needs and pain points.
Participate in trials, testing and PoC of AI projects either by leading projects with suppliers or as co-developer of the solution.
Our ideal profile:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar.
Analytical and mathematical skills.
Organizational and communication skills.
Autonomy, proactivity, ability to propose solutions to complex problems.
Knowledge of IA technology (ChatGPT, Gemini, open-source models), cloud technology (Azure and/or GCP), low-code technology (Power Automate)
Advanced user level in MS Office 365.
High level of English (C1).
