How you will shape Prophero:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Engaging with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
- Creating and executing strategies to capture new market opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Providing financial tools and insights to optimize client investment strategies.
- Attracting and retaining high-value clients for sustainable growth.
What you will bring to our team:
- Experience:
- 1+ years in private banking, financial advisory, sales management, or account management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Education:
- Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CFA certification is desirable but not required.
- General Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Tools: Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms.
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
