The role

As an IT Business Analyst - Service Management in our team, you’ll work closely with the Product Owners for Problem Management and Major Incident Management, supporting the continuous improvement and evolution of processes, tools and best practices used daily by hundreds of users, including Senior Leaders. You’ll bridge stakeholder needs and technical solutions by gathering and refining requirements, analyzing data, and helping deliver impactful, user-centered products.
What you’ll do
- Analyze and document process flows, system logic, and requirements to improve Problem and Major Incident Management.
- Create and deliver training materials for end users, deployment, and support teams.
- Support investigation and resolution of complex solution issues (third level sustain).
- Design use cases and scenarios for new features and process changes.
- Define Minimum Viable Products with Product Managers and gathers early feedback to ensure value delivery.
- Identify gaps, improvement areas, and automation opportunities within existing solutions.
- Understand IT Service Management practices and think outside of the box to promote solutions that are applicable to Nestlé's IT environment.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role in IT or other industry.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to foster productive business relationships, facilitate conversations and negotiations, and effectively communicate with Stakeholders.
Bonus Points if you:
- Experience designing and building reports in Power BI.
- Previously worked as Incident or Problem Manager.
- Have a passion for Automation and/or Artificial Intelligence.
