Junior Accountant

Your role

As an Accountant at ELCA, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial data, primarily related to travel and training expenses across our international offices.
Your responsibilities include:

– Travel & General Expenses

• Processing of travel expenses for ELCA Group
• Handling of expense entries in Oracle system
• Execution of payments
• Keeping organized and up-to-date records and documentation
• Supporting month-end close activities, especially accruals

– Training Department Support

• Credit card booking and reconciliation
• Assisting in training-related purchases and invoice management

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply accounting principles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Solid English skills (written and spoken); French is a plus
• Experience with accounting software – Oracle is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in an international setting is desirable
