Job Description
Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors globally, and we would like to connect with Junior Project Managers with relevant skills and experience.
Job Objectives
- To work on Project Management Commissions, supporting the end to end service delivery with respect to large, complex projects.
- To act as day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
- Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- Supporting to establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Producing project plans;
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;
- Preparing written project communication materials;
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports;
- Liaising with the client, contractors and designers;
Qualifications
- Engineering, or other construction technical background
- Business level Spanish and English
- 1 to 5 years of experience.
- A proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle with relevant sector experience e.g. Logistics, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial or other related complex asset types.
- Good interpersonal skills
