Professional communication. This job requires great communication skills in order to be able to provide good services. Direct contact with health professionals is the basis of this work and therefore it is vital to know how to transmit concepts well.
Information with focused physicians to achieve sales goals, using effective sales skills and performing profitability analysis.
Follow up. The job does not end with the sale. Once the sale is complete, you must provide assistance as needed to customers to resolve problems.
Adjust to the availability of customers and their schedules to make timely visits.
Prepare reports and proposals. This is a part of the work related to the sales presentation to show the benefits of using the products.
Offer information regarding promotions and discounts on the products presented.
Segmenting commercial actions. Using segmentation tools, the sales representative will be able to individualize the actions and adapt them to the identified segment or profile.
Prepare sales contracts and send orders to be processed.
Attend sales meetings, teleconferences, training sessions and medical conferences.
Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement branding strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
Cement positive, trusting relationships with KOLs to influence target groups during the decision making process.
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for feedback and reporting in the CRM system.
Aim for professional development and continuous learning, keeping up to date with the most current medical data.
Essential to reside in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and have worked in the area of influence. Knowledge of the respiratory and central nervous system market would be an asset.
