Lead Teacher of Science with responsibility for Physics and Chemistry

SABS is a small and friendly school in the centre of Madrid. We follow the British National Curriculum. We are continually expanding and looking for keen, ambitious and enthusiastic teachers to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Physics teacher starting in September 2025. Outstanding candidates would be considered for an immediate start. Knowledge of teaching A Levels and international IGCSE is essential.

The candidate must:

Hold a recognised British teaching qualification with QTS and experience as a A Level Physics teacher.

EU Passport or right to work in Spain

A minimum of 3 years teaching experience.

Desirable , but not essential, experienced in international GCSEs single and double award science.

A proven track record of examination results at KS4-KS5

A dedication to your own continuous professional development

Be committed and hard working, with high expectations

Be creative and bring this to the classroom

Possess a positive team-spirit and a good sense of humour
