Linguistic project coordinator
As part of the Multilingual Content Production Dpt., your primary responsibilities would include:
preparing translation projects with CAT tools (with multilingual target languages)
preparing briefings for every kind of linguistic tasks: translation, post-edition, proofreading, QA for website, SEO
scheduling tasks for in-house translators and proofreaders
negotiation with freelance translators (tasks to be carried out, deadlines, rates)
follow-up of translators ("technical" support, details on instructions)
contacting clients for content approvals
preparation of the files to be delivered
updating of team tools (customer files, supplier files)
Desired Profile
Higher education in languages or translation
Familiar with linguistic project management
Working languages: High level of English and French required
Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
Team player, interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented
Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy
Experience with Trados Studio
1-2 years of experience
