What You’ll Do
- Ensure Smooth Operations Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions.
- Manage Shipment Accuracy Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed.
- Optimize Costs & Transparency Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
- Enhance Coordination Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Streamline Processes Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chains.
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operations.
