Manitowoc is currently seeking for a Mgr Customer Service (M/F) to join the team at its Ajalvir, Madrid facility. As our Mgr Customer Service (M/F), you will be responsible for mobile and crawler field service activity and technical support for Spain.
Major responsibilities:
- Mobile and Crawler field activity management and coordination
- Field Service Technician team management, training and development
- Technical and field reports analyses
- Visit customers to promote Aftersales products and services
- Management of the internal safety system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previouse experience in Service Management (trucks, machinery or automobiles sector)
- Good Team Management skills
- Good Sales and negotiation skills
- Good written and spoken languages skills mainly english, spanish and french
- SAP & Office tools independent user
- Available to travel
- Resilient
- Good ability to work under pressure
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Sales/Marketing.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in Service Management (trucks, machinery or automobiles sector)
