Getnet Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP products across the globe covering their needs in Europe and LATAM in a long-term relationship focus.

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Analyst to support the daily activities of the commercial team. The ideal candidate is a strategic-thinking and results-oriented individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills who enjoys challenges and is eager to be part of an exciting opportunity within one of the strongest global banks as part of a strategic Fintech expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct portfolio and pipeline management analyzing internal and external data to identify areas for optimization, emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Support strategic planning and the development and review of business cases for new products and market expansion initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance…).
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP processes, engaging and aligning multiple teams across different countries to deliver high-quality competitive proposals on time.
  • Support in the preparation of sales pitches and proposals and assist in the coordination and planning of international commercial events.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or finance. MBA or master's degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in Consultancy, Business Development, and/or financial services preferably within fintech, banking or payments industry.
  • Full Proficiency level in both Spanish and English. Additional languages, especially Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency level in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) and CRM tools (especially Salesforce). Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Power Bi) is a plus.
  • Ability to think both strategically and proactively, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Availability to travel and flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
