YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to help fuel Roigen’s next phase of growth.
In this hands-on, client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring high-value users across platforms such as Meta and Google. Backed by a healthy monthly budget, and a strong analytics stack, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize for ROAS, drive installs, and scale performance across diverse global markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
- Manage monthly budgets and consistently hit performance goals (CPI, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
- Work closely with analytics, creative, product, CRM, and brand teams to deliver a seamless user journey from ad click to in-app action.
- Analyze campaign data using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and geos to combat performance plateaus and drive efficiency.
- Stay current on trends in mobile marketing, attribution, and privacy (including SKAdNetwork).
- Proactively identify and resolve growth challenges such as creative fatigue, attribution issues, and geo expansion.
- Support commercial initiatives with forecasts, case studies, and results reporting; participate in client meetings as needed.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- 3+ years of experience managing mobile app campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and mobile DSPs.
- Proven track record of managing €50K+ monthly budgets with profitable, scalable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and privacy frameworks such as SKAdNetwork.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics including CPI, CPP, ROAS, and LTV.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
