Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Define and implement UbiSim’s long-term product strategy aligned with Labster’s mission and overall objectives.

  • Product Roadmap and Insights: Drive roadmap decisions using customer feedback, market research, educational outcomes, and competitive analysis.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align on goals and deliverables.

  • Market Leadership and Expansion: Lead initiatives to position UbiSim as the top VR nursing education platform and identify new markets, segments, and use cases.

  • Go-to-Market and Pricing: Shape go-to-market strategies for new features and support the definition of pricing and packaging to maximize value and growth together with our GTM and business strategy leads.

  • Customer Engagement and Research: Build relationships with key customers and conduct regular research to guide product development and satisfaction together with our user experience and design team.

  • Product Execution and Metrics: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver VR simulations, and define metrics to measure success across education, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

  • Thought Leadership and Representation: Represent UbiSim externally at conferences and events, serving as the key product spokesperson and expert.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or principal level.

  • Track record of leading B2B SaaS or EdTech products from strategy through execution.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales enablement.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex market needs into compelling product experiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software development processes.

  • Understanding of the healthcare education market, regulatory considerations, and institutional sales cycles.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
