Within our Regional Procurement Office (RPO) for the Mediterranean region—covering Southern Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, and the Balkans—you’ll be part of the Strategic Purchasing team. This department manages sourcing of services for wind turbine projects, supporting both construction and logistics operations during the installation phase.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for construction services.
2. Evaluate and select suppliers based on prices, quality and time criteria.
3. Negotiate contracts for the best terms.
4. Ensure all procurement activities are fully documented and compliant with company policies.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders across construction, legal, and finance teams.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure delivery performance and service quality.
7. Stay up to date with the market to support supplier strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

1. Academic background in Business, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or a similar commercial role in services.
3. We work with SAP Ariba as our procurement platform, so prior experience with it would be an asset. However, if you haven’t used it before but are willing to learn, we believe you can pick it up quickly with the right mindset.
4. Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written, as you will be working daily with international suppliers and colleagues across the Mediterranean region.
