What you will do:
- Own and coordinate all delivery activities for a product or product line within automotive, mobility, or adjacent tech-driven industries.
- Engage with client-side Product Owners to define, refine, and evolve product vision and delivery roadmaps aligned with automotive/mobility-specific challenges and innovations.
- Propose and drive software innovations, enhancements, and technical evolutions with a focus on the following areas:
- Connected vehicles, smart mobility,
- ADAS, in-vehicle UX, or AI-driven automotive applications,
- Data-driven decision support systems, Software for data management and processing within automotive contexts (e.g., vehicle telemetry, fleet data, user behavior, engineering data)
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cross-functional software delivery team.
- Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software, on time and within budget.
- Lead team alignment, motivation, and performance toward common goals.
- Navigate and manage complex client relationships and negotiations, especially regarding scope and technical decisions.
- Continuously assess and improve team workflows, delivery models, and technical stack in line with market trends and industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Strong background in software architecture, agile methodologies, and systems design.
- Experience with:
- Embedded systems, AUTOSAR, in-vehicle platforms
- Cloud-connected mobility solutions
- Edge computing, Vehicle-to-X (V2X) communication
- DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in AI/ML integration and AI-first product delivery.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Visionary mindset, high ownership, and strong resilience.
What you will bring:
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years in software development/delivery, with 3+ years leading or coordinating teams.
- Direct experience in automotive, mobility, or transportation tech sectors is a must.
- Proven delivery of modern software systems (web, embedded, cloud, or enterprise), including:
- Vehicle platforms, digital cockpit, infotainment, telematics
- Smart mobility and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS)
- Strong track record of launching innovative, scalable, and high-impact software products.
- Understanding of automotive software lifecycles (ASPICE, ISO 26262) and industry regulations.
- Awareness of security, safety, and compliance in mobility tech.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations (including international), especially in Europe and global automotive hubs.
