PURPOSE
Achieve the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for OptiFlight. This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the product in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct customer interviews and gather structured feedback.
- Write and refine product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with engineering, UX, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track product KPIs, usage, and adoption metrics.
- Support documentation, training materials, and internal enablement.
- Assist with competitive research and market analysis.
- Align product goals with commercial, delivery, and engineering teams.
- Participate in internal governance reporting and release planning.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 3-5 years in product management or product operations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile development and backlog management tools.
- Understanding of airline operations or aviation technology is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Knowledge of Airline flight operations
